SHOWA gloves are used by various types of customers. Sometimes circumstances happen that we never expect at development. If safety is a concern, we have to correspond quickly. Sometimes we can learn from the customer how to better utilize and improve our product. The point of quality assurance is to catch any product that falls below our standard of quality quickly, and implement the corrective action to ensure customer satisfaction.
One day we received feedback that the color of the a specific style was inconsistent. In that case, the quality assurance department place a top priority on the feedback. After trial and error, we found a solution to change packaging material for the glove. The knowledge we learned at that time remains as an implemented process that is used in our packaging section today. We are able to reinforce our attributes of our product by having strong communication with the customer. This is one of our important roles within the QA department.
