  We utilize many different machines used during the manufacturing process, which is customized for the originality of SHOWA. Rational movement in the production line, front line hand mold used 3DCAD and other innovations. We apply an unconventional amount of attention to detail which enables us to achieve a high bar of quality control. We manage raw materials with great stability by practicing our on-site reporting method. This allows SHOWA to meet changes in customer demand, and in a timely manner.

  SHOWA is the largest manufacturer in Malaysia and Vietnam in the hand protection product category. Even outside of Japan, the quality first policy of SHOWA never waivers. Each manufacturing facility has a quality assurance department and monitors quality with timeliness and precision. Continuous customer communication and request from the customers in Japan allows all SHOWA production facilities to learn simultaneously. With a quality first attitude and an innovative spirit, we manage the process of design development, and manufacturing. In 2002 SHOWA was officially certified ISO9001, which confirmed our methodology was manage appropriately. And, as a result, we expanded our horizons for greater market share due to the popularity of our hand protection.
